Fit Factor Group Personal Training Experience
General Information
The Fit Factor is a program which follows small groups participating in The Edge Training System group sessions. Through videos, blogging, and other forms of social media, those chosen to participate in the Fit Factor will share their experience with the rest of the Northwestern community to display the new training system The Edge has brought to Northwestern. Participants will make fitness goals and be assessed each week to measure progress toward those goals.

Group Training Session options:
- Mondays and Wednesdays 12-1pm
- Mondays and Wednesdays 7-8pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8am
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
