to incorporate and reward increased physical activity.

Two Ways to Track Your Progress
- Use the Move to Improve log book provided with your registration kit OR
- Use the 10K-A-Day! on-line tracking system included with your registration
This new tool is a fun, interactive online program that motivates you to increase your
daily steps up to 10,000 or more each day. You’ll enjoy tracking seeING your progress
each day along your chosen trail.

Take the challenge along with over 200 members of the University community
The Challenge
Accumulate at least 1,000,000 steps or 500 miles between now and August 31, 2008.
The Rewards
In addition to the satisfaction of knowing that your increased physical activity contributes significantly to the
overall improvement of your health and fitness, as you achieve each of four designated
milestones
you will
be eligible to choose from over twenty different incentive prizes including:
