Registration
Each exhibitor is required to complete the Exhibitor Information Form and pay the $125 registration fee*. Exhibitor forms are due by August 15. Exhibitor forms received after August 15 will be assessed a $50 late fee.

*Fee may be waived for some not-for-profit organizations
Exhibitor Donation
Each exhibitor is asked to donate an item of value to be included in the raffle. Previous raffle prizes have included a range of items such as tote bags, theater tickets, cookbooks, American Express gift certificates, Lettuce Entertain You gift certificates, Bull's tickets and more. The raffle is a major attraction of the fair and your donation to this event would be greatly appreciated.
Event Day Check-in Procedures
- Exhibitors may begin setting up their exhibit area anytime after 9:00am
- Materials may be unloaded at the loading dock located on the south side of the Norris University Center
- Individuals will be on hands to assist with unloading and transporting items to the event site
- Upon arrival, stop by the exhibitor check-in table located in the second floor lobby (just outside of the Louis Room)
- Upon check-in , each exhibitor will receive an exhibitor's badge, booth location, floor plan/layout of the fair, schedule of events and an exhibitor evaluation form.
- If you haven't already turned in your contribution for the grand raffle you can do so at this time.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SENDING MATERIALS AHEAD OF TIME IS NOT ALLOWED
Anything sent before the event will be refused due to 1) the high volume of traffic at the Norris University Center and 2) the inability to ensure security of packages pre-shipped. Exhibitors must bring all materials, supplies, boxes, etc. with them on the day of the event. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may impose.
