Small Changes = BIG Results
Learn how to slip in little changes to your diet and activity level that elicit noticeable results.
The growing obesity epidemic in the U.S. and around the world is a clear indication that calorie balance is out of whack. In an effort to prevent further weight gain, obesity researchers are reaching out to everyone – lean and overweight – through the promotion of making small changes in our diet and physical activity. Join the NU Fitness staff and discover the many ways you can prevent weight gain by cutting calories and increasing your physical activity –even by small amounts.
