Posture and Spinal Screening


Find out how your posture is the window to your spine, and your feet are the foundation to your entire body.
Chiro One Wellness Centers will be providing posture and spinal screenings, and foot scans.
Pre-registration not necessary.

Virtual Training


Finding the time to workout difficult? Take your workout into cyberspace. Achieve your workout goals on your own time and within your budget. The Virtual Training package includes one 1-hour session with a personal trainer and four follow-up emails for program suggestions and updates.

“Exercise in Disguise”


You don’t necessarily have to go to the gym or sweat at dawn to enjoy the health benefits from exercise. Join Carrie Jaworski, MD, NU’s Head Team Physician, to learn how to creatively slip exercise into your daily routine. Exercise will no longer be a chore, but an extension of what you’re already doing. A FREE LIGHT LUNCH will be available to those in attendance. To register, call (847)491-4303.

Experience the Pilates Reformer


Pilates simultaneously strengthens, lengthens, and
balances the body; it can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs. In 10 sessions, you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a different body!
Experience the Reformer first hand during one of several FREE 30-minute demonstrations. Demonstrations will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis (lobby).

Injury and Flexibility Screenings


Provided by AthletiCo, licensed physical therapists will be on-site to provide injury screenings and answer questions on injury prevention and rehabilitation
