Massage Therapy
Sports injuries, household accidents, repetitive actions on the job, and tension from everyday stresses cause problems that, too often, take permanent residence in our bodies. Massage therapy effectively combats stress by releasing chronic tension and pain in muscles, improving circulation, increasing flexibility in the joints, and reducing mental and physical fatigue.
Massage therapy treatments range from the invigorating and soothing touch of traditional massage to more intensive therapies for sports-related treatment. Massage therapy is provided by Sharon McLean, certified massage therapist and AMTA member.

- Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:00 pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Thursday: 2:30pm - 9:00 pm
- Friday: 2:30pm - 9:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00 pm
Call 847/491-4303 to schedule an appointment during the above hours. Call 847/467-2607 to inquire about scheduling an appointment at times other than those listed above.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of appointments or you will forfeit your massage.
First-time clients receive $10 off the first hour appointment or $5 off the first half-hour appointment. Gift certificates are available.
