WHAT is PrimeTime Fitness?

  • An exercise program designed to help older adults achieve optimal health, fitness, and quality of life
  • a variety of fun, individually-tailored, challenging activities and exercises offered in a group setting
  • directed by professionals certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise

Program fee

Quarter Pass: $149/$169 (member/non-member)
Annual Pass: $519/$629 (member/non-member)

Includes:

  • Limited membership access to fitness equipment
    (Monday–Friday, 6 am–1 pm; Saturday–Sunday, 8 am–1 pm)
  • Individualized fitness-health evaluation before and after the program
  • Mind/Body Group Exercise Pass

 

10-class pass: $69

  • Attend your choice of 10 one-hour PrimeTime Fitness classes
  • Mind/Body pass and access to facility outside of class time is
    not included with this special Ten-Class Pass

Who can join?

Any physically independent active older adult who would like to remain active and achieve their optimum level of health. A physician's consent is required.
