What to expect

1 individual training session

One training session is recommended for individuals in need of professional advice and guidance on the development of a basic fitness/strength training program. It can also be an ideal opportunity for the more experienced individual to review, update and/or expand upon an already existing program. This package may include but is not limited to:

Beginner

  • One hour session
  • Health/medical history review
  • Exercise history review
  • Personal goal profile
  • Exercise program recommendations
  • Equipment orientation OR exercise session

More Experienced

  • One hour session
  • Health/medical history review
  • Exercise history review
  • Review of goals and progress
  • Review/recommendations with current program
  • Assessment of form and execution of exercises

3 individual training sessions

This package is ideal for individuals (of all levels of fitness) in need of professional advice and guidance on the development of a thorough general fitness/strength training program or the expansion/readjustment of an already existing program. This package may include but is not limited to:

Beginner

  • A Fit Check assessment (resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition analysis, muscular strength/endurance tests, flexibility/range of motion analysis, cardiovascular fitness test, health risk appraisal).
  • Exercise history review
  • Personal goal profile
  • Development of an exercise program
  • (2) one-hour training sessions

More Experienced

  • A Fit Check assessment (resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition analysis, muscular strength/endurance tests, flexibility/range of motion analysis, cardiovascular fitness test, health risk appraisal).
  • Exercise history review
  • Review of goals and progress
  • Review/recommendations with current program
  • (2) one-hour training sessions

6 individual training sessions

This package is recommended for individuals (of all levels of fitness) who need assistance with long-term goals so they can build a solid relationship with their trainer and make a long-term commitment to their health and fitness. This package may include, but is not limited to, the same elements of the 3-session package with an emphasis on specific long-term goals and/or motivation.

  • (5) one-hour training sessions

More Experienced

3 group training sessions

An excellent alternative to individual personal training, this package offers professional advice and guidance through a complete fitness/strength training program in a small group setting. A group of two or four individuals will together participate in a series of fun, challenging workouts that are extremely motivating and supportive in nature. This package may include, but is not limited to:

  • Exercise history review
  • Personal goal profile
  • Exercise program recommendations
  • Body composition analysis
  • (3) one-hour training sessions

More Experienced

6 group training sessions
