Massage Therapy

About

Sports injuries, household accidents, repetitive actions on the job, and tension from everyday stresses cause problems that, too often, take permanent residence in our bodies. Massage therapy effectively combats stress by releasing chronic tension and pain in muscles, improving circulation, increasing flexibility in the joints, and reducing mental and physical fatigue.

Our massage services focus on the needs of each client, are designed to treat a wide range of physical conditions, and offer the most effective massage therapy techniques available including:

  • Swedish
  • Relaxation
  • Sports
  • Deep Tissue
  • Myofacial
  • Trigger Point
  • Body Mobilization

Massage therapy is available by appointment:

  • Wednesday: 2:30pm - 9:00pm
  • Thursday: 2:30pm - 9:00 pm
  • Friday: 2:30pm - 9:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00 pm

Call 847-491-4303 to schedule an appointment during the above hours. Call 847-467-2607 to inquire about scheduling an appointment at times other than those listed above.Massage therapy treatments range from the invigorating and soothing touch of traditional massage to more intensive therapies for sports-related treatment.
