Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Schedules

No classes will be held Friday July 4th

In observance of Independence Day, the following group fitness classes will be canceled:

Thursday, July 3
5:30-6:30pm, BODY STRENGTH
7:00-8:00pm, PILATES

Friday, July 4: All Classes
CLASSES WILL RESUME as scheduled Saturday, July 5.

IMPORTANT: Schedule changes due to the American Craft Exposition

Each year, the sports and aquatics center hosts the American Craft Exposition, benefiting the Evanston and Glenbrook Hospitals. As a result, the following group fitness classes will be cancelled.

 

Wednesday, August 20 - Sunday, August 24: All Cardiovascular/Strength Classes (except Aqua Fitness) are cancelled.

Cardio/Strength Pass Holders have FREE access to all Mind/Body classes during this time.
The Craft Expo schedule will be effective August 20 - 24
