and be natural versus using force to stretch. Based on Oriental
philosophy, Effortless YogaTM seeks to allow the bodies Ki
(life-force) energy to flow naturally though the body's meridians by
relaxation, gentle breathing, and supportive touch. (All Levels)
Pilates
A series of exercises that stretch and strengthen muscles, while
opening joints and releasing tension. A powerful workout that can
dramatically improve strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination.

Pilates Basics
Learn the fundamentals, forms, technique, and terminology for a safe, effective mat workout. (Beginning)
Pilates/Ballet
