This dynamic class incorporates traditional boxing skills, kickboxing techniques and circuit training to produce a powerful workout that enhances cardiovascular fitness, agility and upper body strength.

This high energy aerobic workout incorporates a variety of cardiovascular activities to create the ultimate aerobic experience in a short amount of time. 

Cycle Challenge

This high energy workout on studio cycles takes individuals of all fitness levels on an exciting journey of hill climbs, sprints and intervals that focus on form, speed, strength and endurance.

Cycle Circuit

This complete cardiovascular and strength workout consists of a 30-minute cycle segment and a 30-minute strength training circuit.

Cycle Express

This condensed version of cycle challenge is perfect for those wanting an effectively quick cardiovascular workout.

Turbo Kick

A high-energy class that will have you punching, kicking , rocking and sweating!  Turbo Kick combines choreographed cardio box moves with sports intervals, strength and music that will make your workout feel like a party.  Be prepared to sweat off up to 1,000 calories in an hour with this Turbo charged class! 

Cardio Blast

Involving very little choreography, this high-energy workout utilizes steps and medicine balls to create the ultimate aerobic experience. (All Levels)
