Aquatics
The Norris Aquatics Center and the Sailing Center offer a comprehensive program of fitness, instructional, and recreational activities, including aqua aerobics, swim lessons, swim conditioning, diving, scuba, sailing, windsurfing, and life-saving courses. The physically challenged are encouraged to take advantage of our easily accessible pool facilities, which include a hydraulic pool lift.

Lifeguarding
- The Norris Aquatics Center and the Northwestern Beach is looking for Northwestern students that hold the following current certifications: Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Wages start at $8.50.
- Qualifications: Reliable and self-motivated. The ability to stay focused in both monotonous and fast-paced environments. American Red Cross lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and first aid certifications required.

Swimming Instructors
- The Norris Aquatics Center is looking for Northwestern students to conduct swimming lessons for children of various age groups and skill levels. Wages start at $8.75.
- Qualifications: Reliable, outgoing, friendly, and patient. Excellent communication and organization skills. Previous teaching experience preferred.
